Fraser Auction Service Ltd launched a brand new bidding platform January 2021 so if you haven't created an online account in 2021 you will need to do that before you can be approved to bid. It is very simple just click on the Sign-up tab, and fill in the information required. Once you have created your account simply login using your email as user name and the unique password you create for yourself when setting up your account. The account you used last year will not work on this new system. If you get a warning that your email is already in use (click the forgot PASSWORD option)
All nucs are to be picked up by the purchasers at each Apiarist's location. Contact information is listed on every lot for each seller. Please contact them to set up a previewing of their bees prior to May 26th closing of sale. May of these colonies are very strong and will need to be moved into hives very quickly after sale. Sellers advise that they will need to be picked up with in a day or 2 at the most after sale (THE SOONER THE BETTER). Once you have paid for your bees you will be sent a PAID invoice that you will be required to present to sellers before any colonies will be released to buyers (NO EXCEPTIONS). Forms of payment will be laid out on the invoice you recieve after the sale May 26th. (E-Transfer - Bank Wire - Credit Card - Etc)
Once again it is IMPORTANT that you pick-up your bees very quickly after the sale as they will need room fast.
